No, I'm pretty sure The 8th is referring to a ghostly version of our current character, that might come to help our GW2 characters in a mission.

But..There's a point I've never thought about..
Your character in GW2 will be the descendant of your GW1 character, so...what if your GW2 character is a charr?

Descendants of Pyre, Jora, Vekk, Zhed, Talon - there you have Charr, Norn, Asura, Centaur, and Tengu.

Ill go check out the statue. Im only at r3 right now but I have a few GWAMM friends. I've always seen the Honor statue having architecture similar to that of the HoH... *cough* gods *cough*

It may have baan a heroic self sacrifice type thing. "I know that one day I will be needed again, so I leave behind all I love and sleep untill the time comes"

Plus, there may be non-biological forms of 'descent'. The line could proceed through adoption, a favoured-student-type relationship, or any number of ways.

Most definitely Seers IMHO. Their racial name fits perfectly with it
